1. How do I receive my orders?

Local - All local orders in Singapore will be shipped via Singpost or courier. We offer free delivery for orders above $50 (regular priced items) within Singapore.

Overseas - International postage depends on the number and weight of items you choose. The best way to find out the cost of postage to your country will be to add the items you want to your shopping cart and checkout. Our system will automatically calculate the shipping cost to your country based on your order and address. You can decide at that point whether you would like to proceed with the payment process to complete the order.

 

2. How long will it take before I can expect to receive my order?

We strive to process and ship out all orders within 2-5 working days after receiving payment. You will be automatically notified via email once your order is shipped out through the warehouse. 

If you are in Singapore, you should usually receive your order within 2-3 working days.

For international orders, please allow 2 – 3 weeks to reach your country.

*NOTE: After Organic will not be responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items during the process of shipping.

 

3. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards via PayPal and cheque. You can also transfer the payment via Internet Banking or ATM transfer directly to our OCBC business account (details will be given upon checkout).

If you are writing a cheque out to us, the name of the beneficiary name should be "After Organic Pte Ltd".

 

4. Can I request for an exchange of an item after receiving it?

We want you to be happy with your purchase(s) and will allow exchanges on all our regular priced products within 7 days of receipt. Sale items are not exchangeable or refundable.

To request for exchange, simply contact us via our contact page.

*NOTE: Buyer will be responsible for all the shipping cost incurred for return.

 

5. I tried contacting you a few times but did not receive a reply. Why is this so? 

We usually respond to all enquires submitted to us within 2 working days. If you do not hear from us during this time, it may be that our reply to you has been filtered to your spam box by your email server. Please check your spam box and try contacting us again.

 

6. I placed an order online but did not receive an order confirmation. Did my order go through? 

Again, if you are quite sure that you have placed your order, please check your spam box to see if your order confirmation was filtered there by your email server.

 

7. I’m a retailer/wholesaler interested in selling your products. How do I set up an account or place an order?
